“To help clients reach their energy goals is golden. To know that the end result benefits the health of the people and planet for generations to come — that’s the icing on the cake.”

- Jeff Richardson, owner/founder

CPM is a licensed general contractor in the state of Hawaii. The company often works closely with architects in the design of energy efficient systems for projects in the pre-design/conceptual stage. Independently, CPM also designs and installs its custom systems during new construction or by retrofitting existing structures. The vertical integration of CPM’s custom systems and construction services has resulted in the company’s reputation for top-quality in West Hawaii.

Prior to founding CPM, President Jeff Richardson served as CEO of NHBA LLC, which he established in 1999 in Denver. Following rapid growth, he franchised the company’s operations just two years later.

With roots in West Hawaii that include being an alumnus of Hawaii Preparatory Academy, Jeff returned with his family to Waimea following the sale of the firm. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from Washington State University.
